today was disgusting.

i spent all of my time in school doing nuts.

didn't do PE due to my exhausted PE attire so i spent the entire morning laughing and crapping with rasul and izzati & watching classes learn the ACES day dance.

sat through econs lecture and it was really a total waste of time.
i did not learn anything.
maybe because i failed to pay attention because on my right was huijin, on my right was rasul.
two super distracting people. and the lecture was ... EEEW. WHY. OMG.
i've decided to go to the CC's lecture regardless of how the stupid school tries to spilt us up.
anyway it's not like i did very well for Econs MSA2. whats.
LT is for people who did super super super freaking well k. not for pathetic people like me.

right after that was math lecture & i was feeling so wasted sitting through unproductive lectures.
thn i looked at the lecturer, & someone started going "fofx" the way she loves to say it and i got really frustrated.
thn i looked at the stuff that she was flashing on the screen from the tablet PC.

anyway, i'm feeling tempted to write an emo post. but, i guess i really shouldn't.
i have a strong urge to do math. i kinda like, like math a little more than other subjects like everything else.

i didn't manage to do what i'm supposed to do yet. maybe that's why i'm feeling kinda sad and all.
i'll get it done asap and find that the joy of the Lord dwells in my little heart.

service was great today. =)
laughed like mad throughout the entire sermon.
pastor kong is simply - awesome.
to those who missed service, congrats. you just missed a wonderful service! haha.
& yes, today i realised, my 45year old pastor wears braces. O.o
i'm still quite shocked.
& my 45 year old pastor is extremely inspiring. =D

i felt so empowered after service today, knowing that i have victory over everything in Christ.
dance really have been stressing me quite a bit.
hip hop is so foreign to me to the extent that i really have difficulties even picking up steaps and teachers' day is like, only a week away.
& the next formal dance practice is on wednesday.
i like hip hop, like really, but i really feel comfortable in other genres like ballet or contemp.
i'm like being drilled with something that i have never touched before.
& i don't wanna look like a ballet trained dancer when i'm doing a hip hop routine.
my memory's failing me.
& i really cannot do it on my own.

i think i'm awesome. the last time i studied was on wednesday.
and i'm going to go study econs later after i finish blogging.

woke up for an hour of lit in school today [8am to 9am] and thought of myself as the dumbest person that ever existed.

i've got a confession to make.
i'm disgusting, like really.
i reached home after midnight on friday, like i went to town in my school U after a math test. & went to mac in a ulu world called bukitpanjang to see one person eat mcflurry & drink sprite & many others mugging into the wee hours. O.o

i found myself walking along some psychotic dark valley which i swear was super scary even with two other humans around.
if i were alone i think i'd just run home.
assuming that i won't drop dead after 10meters.

felt so physically drained & just changed out of my school U & died on my bed like a swine.
& sleep wasn't my best friend.
it abandoned me at 6.25am, 5minutes before my alarm rang.

BETRAYER!

& i thought i was going to be late cause i had to bathe & swallow coffee if not i'd die while walking to the bus stop.
& YES! I WASN'T LATE.
but i was stoning throughout the lecture. & i really didn't understand anything she was saying. they just didn't make sense.
i stared at kalsikan like she was the most beautiful woman on earth so she didn't pick on me. =)

totally wasted my time.

& blood killed my skirt as i was tau huey-ing with kaiying, huijin and yunting.
awesome. i totally PMSed for 2 weeks.

my body shouold seriously just be chopped into pieces and eaten up by wild boars.

i feel the strongest urge ever to get outta the house.
i wanna stay out til late, like really late.
i feel the sudden urge to club & havoc just for a night but my head can't put down all the commitments and workload, accountablilty to those who care and i don't feel that spontaneous.

i'm almost regretting not going for prayer meeting this morning.

this term marks the start of me screwing GP.
it's the 1st time in my entire life that i actually see myself not getting B for GP.
i'm actually quite proud to say this but still, i'm feeling rather discouraged.
heck the comprehension stuff, i hate compre, had never excelled in comprehensions because the writer's ideas often contradict mine.

i was listening to 98.7FM when a 34 year old lady called in to ask for advice for her marriage.
apparently she's married for nine years already with two children.
she's tired and burnt out
but she doesn't know how to say no to her husband's requests for intimacy.

then another lady called in to share her thoughts.

she said :"some of my friends struggle with this problem too."
then she went on saying she MUST work something out if not her husband will just simply go look for it somewhere else.

i think i lost 10kg in three days.
haven been eating.
yesterday, i spent the whole day in bed and an unknow period of time at the clinic,
i swear i almost fainted from the heat of the sun because they refused to let me sit in.
they throw all the feverish patients out into the scorching heat of the sun, leaving each and every one of them feel even more terrible.
then the doctor told me nothing's wrong with me.
why i couldn't breathe sanely? he couldn't come up with a satisfactory answer. all he said "it's not athsma" lousy.
the "nurses" had tattoos and they seriously forced me to run to the loo to puke air out because they were serverely overweight and they wore super tight fitting shirts and short skirts which left my parents with yet another common thing to laugh at.
hire decent humans for goodness sake.

yesterday, i felt like i was wrestling with death.

i spent the whole day in bed yesterday.
couldn't walk properly so i hung my head from my already oh-so-weak and undersized neck all the way from the clinic to the car and rushed upstairs to my disgusting bed the moment i set foot in the house.
slept and burned all the way til night, waking once in a while hoping to see dad nearby so he can fetch me some pills.
apparently not.

then they came together and my mom threw my into ice water.
okay, she sponged me with ice water. >.<
i screamed and screamed apparently did not bother to whine.
in the midst of all these torture, i saw 10 unread messages on my phone, with two others coming in.
i really tried my best to read and reply but i failed miserably.
and fine, i did not bathe last night because i was too weak to even stand.

was then awakened by a series of unfortunate events like the desire to puke and cough and slumber.

back from awesome overnight prayer meeting!
was really really tired when we 1st started out but as we prayed and pressed in,
i felt recharged in my spirit and body.
physically tired i may have been but thank God for the grace and strength. =))

was really really REALLY blessed from the start to the end.

i'm really thankful what i reached church early today. =)

the presence of God just got stronger and strong in the hall and i'm still super overwhelmed.

it's been a long time since i last experienced God in such a strong and powerful manner and i really hope that the encounters are just going to get more and more powerful and transforming.

He spoke so clearly the words that really touched my heart this weekend.

i was reminded of what minghui said to me when she was praying for me during cell yesterday.

and somehow, i'm just really determined to run this race in a slow and steady manner.

right now, i really just want to build the foundation of my Christian life all over again.

not the way i used to but in a way that i may run the race and not grow weary,

in a way that i may fall but yet still have the knowledge that there is no condemnation in Christ,

in a way that i may not be distracted by the things on my left & on my right,

in a way that my life will be pleasing to Him,

in a way that my love for God will be renewed every single day,

in a way that my life will be more of Jesus and less of myself.

i don't want my flesh to overrule the spirit.

i feel stronger.

& i just sense that i'll tide over it.

i know that i'll be able to handle everything.

& today,

she's gonna give Him all her heart.

she's gonna do it with love, compassion and trust that God will deliver.

it's is impossible to achieve perfection [in the world sense] without modification.

we're so moulded to think that perfection is this, perfection is that.
but you know what, i think perfection is defined by the one who made the object or created the issue.
in other words, defined by the originator.
for example, if you were to invent a new sort of robot, you have the right to define how the perfect robot should be like. [i.e. the functions, speed, memory etc]

humans simply have no right to define how a perfect woman should be like.

Learning Festival:
I do not know whether to consider this good news or bad news but:
Friday 10th which was scheduled as College Day celebrations and Learning Festival will now be a normal day of lessons. H1N1 has made it difficult for mass school activities to be carried out. As at this point - College Day (and all related activities) has been cancelled/postponed (they have yet to decide which) - either way...NORMAL timetable on Friday.
BTW, what has the expenditure been to date? Brenda and Vera during Tues' Civics lesson please give us all a breakdown so far.

Service Learning:
During Tuesday's Civics Lesson, I want Kai Ying and Dharlynnie to update everyone on what is happening and what still needs to be done. I have also asked them to contact the home and check whether in the light of H1N1 everything is still a go. I have also asked the SL committee in College what their contingency plan is - so far they have not replied.

Civics for T3 Week2
The theme for this year’s National Day Celebrations is “Coming Together: Reaching Out, Reaching Up”, and the college will be commemorating National Day through a “Social Inclusion” component (Reaching Out), and a “Student Envisioning” component (Reaching Up).

The social inclusion component (Reaching Out) will require the you students to bring food items and to design a hamper with which to contain the food items. These hampers will then be sent to a charity organisation that the College supports. The aim of this activity is to allow you to think about and care for those who are less fortunate than you are.

The “Student Envisioning” component (Reaching Up) will require you to reflect and craft a future vision of a Singapore of your own making through a cloth montage design. Students will have to design their cloth montage around various key qualities that are taken from the Singapore Pledge. Classes in each of the five houses will be assigned one of the five qualities as listed: Gomes – Happiness, Hose – Prosperity, Loy Fatt – Progress, Romanis – Democratic Society, Venn – One United Nation.

As part of the college initiative to get students to lead and serve in crafting College programmes, the last part of civics for next week will require you, the students to provide suggestions on how you would like National Day to be celebrated. Each class is to provide at least 4 ideas, together with your rationale for each idea, and the best ideas will be awarded and incorporated into this year’s National Day Celebrations.

Now the instructions: I will upload on Moodle sometime today a new discussion forum for ideas on how to celebrate as well as for ideas on the design, activities, hamper etc. EACH one of you will have to make a suggestion for each (hamper, cloth montage and celebration idea) with rationales. Then as a class after reading them, discussing them etc a decision will be made.

I am attaching for you the templates for the final submissions so you get an idea of what is finally expected. Please take into account practical considerations like budget etc for ALL your ideas.

On Tues itself - you need to discuss the design of the hamper.

The completed templates for proposals in Annex A, B and C which I am attaching for you to read need to be submitted by Next Friday (10 July 2009). They need to be submitted together. Because of H1N1 there will be fixed seating from now on (until further notice) for all your tutorials. This is not to be taken lightly but meant to make contact tracing easier should the need (God forbid) arise. I expect all of your classmates to familiarise themselves with where they are sitting.
There is to be no switching. No filling up spaces if there are absentees. This is the same plan for either Ms Zhou's tutorials or mine. It is applicable to every classroom. Ms Zhou will be doing the plan for lectures. Classrooms are going to be left in examination format until further notice.
DO NOT just assume you know where you are sitting. Study where the serial numbers and names are.
Your CTs have also been given copies and your other subject tutors will also be giving you their seating plans.

sat at GEORGIA JEANS COFFEE, crapped and scared ourselves by looking at this lady ever so clamly eating the HUGGEEEEE slice of cheesecake.

IT'S REALLY FREAKING HUGE to the extent that me and rohaida looked at each other with the "OMGOODNESS" look the moment we saw her walking to the table with the plate of fats.

the blind lady of the day went home, leaving rohaida, raihan and myself.
